Feminism as a movement started off only to benefit a small population of cis white middle-class women. Today we can proudly say- if isn’t intersectional, it isn’t feminism.

We have broadened the definition of feminism to include women of color, all social standings, sexualities, and identities. On MilkshakeFromMars’s first birthday, we decided we wanted to celebrate this great progress in our revolutionary movement. And so, we put together a panel of wonderful and diverse women in STEM, to talk about their perspective of feminism.

Join us as we discuss the nuances and importance of intersectional feminism in an era that can change the world.

Intersectional Feminism – A Birthday Special is a panel discussion that is very close to our hearts and will hopefully impact you in a similar way
